6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• If a digital product is not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
• If a product does not work as described
• If there was an error in processing your order

With your order details and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day, and a payment refund will take 5-10 business days, Via stripe refund.

Note: We cannot provide refunds for products that have been successfully delivered and are working as described. All sales of digital codes are final once the code has been revealed or used.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

BluShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
